Logistics: Beyond Shipment, a Vital Link in Project Delivery

At RIGARD, logistics means far more than assigning a freight forwarder to arrange shipments. It is an extension of our production, quality control and after-sales services. Drawing on over a decade of hands-on experience in overseas foreign-trade projects, combined with our in-house factory workflows and dedicated packaging capabilities, we mitigate logistics risks in advance and help our clients steer clear of common pitfalls in international trade.

Our factory maintains a dedicated temporary flight-case warehouse. After LED panels complete the full production workflow — including SMT mounting, automatic module assembly, glue dispensing for waterproofing, 72-hour module aging test and full-screen system inspection — units are transferred to this zone for packaging only once fully verified fault-free.

For rental-grade screens and outdoor project deployments, flight cases are our preferred packaging solution. These shock-absorbent wheeled cases deliver robust protection for ocean freight. Upon receipt, clients may reuse the cases for on-site handling and future projects. Once packed, goods are stored in the flight-case warehouse pending space booking and container loading.

We define trade terms clearly to outline responsibilities for buyers and sellers.

FOB is widely adopted for our B2B engagements: our factory covers domestic trucking, customs declaration and all procedures prior to goods being loaded onboard the vessel. Ocean freight, destination-port clearance, duties and terminal-related risks fall under the buyer’s scope after loading. Besides FOB, CIF and DDP options are also available.

We provide complete clearance paperwork together with region-specific certifications such as CE, RoHS and FCC. HS codes are declared accurately and truthfully. Undervaluing shipments is discouraged to avoid customs inspections and fines.

Many manufacturers treat logistics as an isolated task, closing their service once goods are onboard. At RIGARD, logistics is closely integrated with after-sales support and installation guidance. With years of global trade expertise, we are familiar with potential issues at ports, during customs clearance and for on-site installation across different countries, and share proactive tips to help customers avoid unnecessary troubles.
