RX500 Series Outdoor Flexible LED Display: More Than Flexibility, More Focused on Landing Value

In irregular splicing capability, the RX500 breaks the shape limitations of most products. Similar flexible products on the market often require eight to twelve cabinets to make circular or cylindrical shapes, while the RX500 needs only four cabinets to complete a circular screen, effectively reducing cabinet material, shrinking shape diameter, and lowering project cost. The product natively supports 45° angled corner splicing, and beyond ordinary concave/convex curves, cylinders, and rings, it can also achieve complex creative shapes such as cut corners and polyhedra. Particularly importantly, it can seamlessly combine with ordinary standard LED panels, so the whole project need not use high-cost flexible cabinets; flat areas use regular screens and irregular parts use flexible cabinets, reasonably controlling overall cost while safeguarding display effects, which many peer products cannot achieve.

For outdoor protection, although many products claim an IP65 rating, the implementation processes differ greatly. Most peers rely on sealing rings, which easily wear and age during repeated assembly of rental projects, creating water-intrusion failure risks. The RX500 uses a whole-machine glue-potting sealing process, with modules, power boxes, and wiring positions protected as one, unaffected by frequent assembly, effectively resisting rain, dust, and moisture, and better fitting the variable outdoor environment and high-frequency rental use.

For display performance, the 3840-7680Hz wide-range ultra-high refresh rate is specifically optimized for stage live broadcast and camera recording scenarios, greatly reducing scan lines and ghosting during filming and avoiding failed live broadcast images. The 5000cd/m² high brightness ensures clear images in sunlight, with multiple indoor and outdoor pitches available.

The series serves both rental events and long-term commercial installations; one set of equipment can serve short-term rentals for concerts and outdoor events, and can also be installed long term as an immersive creative installation, raising equipment reuse value and providing a more practical solution for commercial performance and creative engineering projects.
