Historic Old Church Renovation: An LED Screen Installation Plan That Does Not Damage the Building Structure

Historic chapel renovations often face strict constraints—ancient walls and carved structures are protected, so large-scale civil construction is impossible, and no space can be cut for a rear screen service aisle. Traditional large-screen solutions easily damage the original building's appearance. For this pain point, we offer an LED display solution that balances heritage protection, worship use, and later maintenance.
Fully Front-Maintenance Wall Mounting: No Wall Cutting, Preserving the Building Itself
Our SN43 series and Rigard flip-chip COB cableless modules are purpose-built for protective installation in historic buildings. Both products use a fully front-maintenance design, with modules, power supplies, and receiving cards all serviceable from the front; a dedicated suction cup completes assembly and disassembly, so no service aisle is needed behind the wall. The screen can mount directly against the wall without cutting or expanding the original building, preserving the building structure to the greatest extent while reducing steel structure materials and construction costs.
Slim Cabinets & Decorative Frames: Reducing Load, Covering Hardware for a Solemn Appearance
The cableless module design simplifies internal wiring and reduces on-site wiring renovation work. The die-cast aluminum slim cabinets are only 32 millimeters thick, putting less load pressure on old walls. Optional decorative frames fully cover the bracket hardware components, both protecting the screen edges and maintaining the church's solemn visual appearance, so the project can land without large-scale civil construction.

Silent Heat Dissipation & Image Quality: Fanless Operation, Ancient Building Components Unaffected by Heat
The Rigard flip-chip COB series uses fanless 0dB silent heat dissipation, running entirely without noise so it does not interfere with worship, hymns, and other ceremonies; the flip-chip COB process with optional common-cathode drive significantly lowers power consumption and heat output, so even long operation does not thermally affect surrounding historic building components. The screen has a high refresh rate and anti-moiré optical treatment, with no scan lines during camera live broadcast, and 16bit grayscale gives soft, non-glaring images in the church's gentle light, with uniform colors at multiple viewing angles.
